Jacob White Packaging CRM Database

In addition to designing a fully responsive and modern website for Jacob White Packaging, we also developed a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to replace their existing legacy CRM database. Amongst the improvements, this brand new CRM is cross-platform and remotely accessible, making it easy to access and easy to use on all devices as well as on both Mac and PC. 

The core functionality of the new CRM enables them to track tasks, manage users, store customer and prospective customer information, receive messages, and view work history.
